Cyclists and mountain-bikers come into their own on the well-kept cycle trails along the Mur valley or off-road. Other fresh-air enthusiasts can take advantage of the local golf courses (18-hole / 9-hole courses at the Golf Club Lungau) and tennis courts (2 outdoor sand courts). For the water rats there are opportunities to go swimming and rafting in the summer months. Winter: The Ainek-Katschberg ski-lift network ensures an unforgettable skiing experience! Six chair lifts, 10 drag lifts, and special features such as half-pipe, pro-jump, etc. in the fun park guarantee your winter enjoyment. The Großeck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas are within easy reach. And of course all these areas provide excellently groomed runs.
